Our coaching services are offered to individuals aged 18 or older (or as permitted by local law). Use of our website is void where prohibited. Participation in coaching programs is subject to our intake process and agreement to supplemental coaching terms and payment terms.

3. Coaching Relationship & Communication
Our relationship is one of coach-client, not doctor-patient, therapist-client or other professional. You acknowledge that results vary and you are responsible for decisions and outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (text, images, logos, documents, downloads) is the property of Thrive by Design or its licensors. You may view or print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or otherwise exploit our content without express written permission.

You agree not to use the website or services for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent activities. You will not interfere with website security, transmit viruses, spam, or engage in data mining or scraping.

6. Payment & Refund Policy
All payments for coaching services, programs or subscriptions are governed by the payment terms provided at purchase. Refunds (if any) are clearly set out in the specific program materials. You agree to pay all fees due and authorize us to charge your payment method. We may suspend or terminate your access if you fail to pay.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Thrive by Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or services, including loss of profits, loss of data or injury. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the prior twelve (12) months.
